I strive for five-star service and ratings. If there are any issues with your purchase, you are expected to contact ME (NOT RESOLUTION CENTER) immediately of receipt to resolve them. If there is a problem that we cannot resolve and I agree to accept the item back, it would be accepted back as buyers remorse and understood although I did not agree I issued a refund since buyer is always right. Resolution center should be contacted only after attempting to work out an issue with the seller. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs according to policy.

The following general guide is meant to give an idea of condition in addition to describing individual evidence of wear or damage. Everyone has a little different idea of what constitutes
each condition. The following is presented to show you how I evaluate the condition of each item.NEW, NEW WITH TAGS (NWT), NEW WITH BOX (NWB), NEW WITHOUT TAGS (NWOT) Retail condition as manufactured.
MINT IN BOX (MIB) The item was sold at retail, but is as manufactured, with all packaging and accessories except as noted in the description. this may be NEW OLD STOCK (NOS) as well.
MINT The item is as manufactured, but may be missing packaging, manual, accessories or other incidental items.
NEAR MINT Evidence of wear is negligible or none. The item may be missing packaging, manual or similar. Perfect functioning item.
EXCELLENT The item will have been used, but exhibits very little evidence of wear. Function is as new. No readily evident flaws.
VERY GOOD The item functions correctly. The finish will be 95% or better. There will be minor wear and other evidence of use.
GOOD TO VERY GOOD The item functions correctly. There will be 90% finish with minor or normal age-related wear or deterioration. All parts will be present.
GOOD The basic functions of the item work correctly. There are flaws in the finish, but at least 80% of the finish is present. There may be repairs chips, scratches and other finish flaws.
FAIR TO GOOD The item has all visible parts present. The finish is at least 50%. The item works, but may have issues. There may be significant repairs, chips, scratches and other finish flaws.
FAIR The item only has minor parts or trim missing. The item may partially work, or have less than full functionality. The finish will be at least 35%, and may have corrosion or oxidation.
POOR TO FAIR The item does not work, but has most of the parts. the finish is very worn or damaged, but may be restorable.
POOR The item does not work and/or has major damage to the finish. Parts may be missing or broken. The item can be identified, but is in very bad condition. This is rare.
