This sale is for a signed antique early 1920\'s mahogany signed Bay View Furniture Company mahogany spindle desk in beautiful condition with original brass hardware and closes and opens superbly (including the desk drawer it is super strong and steady no need for repairs has been very well taken care of over the years. Current sales if you research google or go to an antique chat room you will see previous Bay View Company spindle desks have sold as recently as the last 12 months for $850-$1100. I do not go by that nor do i expect to get that kind of price. What i do want to say is the pictures are clear, the surfaces on all sides are very clean, no repairs or fixes, still has the original Bay View Company sticker on the bottom of the desk. The legs still screw off and tighten with ease and every bit of this piece functions as it did from production making travel very easy and much cheaper. If you have any questions please let me know and keep in mind nothing leaves our store without being completely cleaned and brought back to its original look. We have another 15 eastlake pieces with marble top dressers and side tables but they are all mahogany and a couple oak bedroom sets i will try to list them as soon as i can. This is a local pick up only unless you would like to arrange your own shipping services which in that case we will make sure the items are bubble wrapped and place plastic on it. I will have our guys put the items on yours or your shippers vehicle. Dont be afraid to make an offer. We are the second large brick warehouse on the right located on the 3rd floor of the warehouse with the large blue antiques awning. Stairs are to the right of the large freight elevator right when you walk in and if you need assistance getting up the stairs just give us a call and we will come get you in the elevator. We are opened 10:00-5:00 Tuesday-Sunday (only closed Mondays). We specialize in furniture from the 19th century to mid century. Nothing past 1950\'s unless its something unusual or collectible. We have a full time master upholsterer who has upholstered anything from $15 seats to $15000 sofas and everything there in between. (we have over 400 pre 1940\'s dining room chairs and well over 30 antique 19th century sofas, setees, lounge chairs, wing back chairs etc. If you need something upholstered we guarantee the cheapest quotes around. All of our furniture is completely refinished and brought back to life once a customer pays for it. We get at least 2 truck loads of furniture every week from all over.
