Antique Vintage Hand Silk Embroidery On Silk Birds & Butterflys Oval Gilt Frame For Sale

I have a collection of hand worked embroidered pictures for sale this week on . These items are the work of three generations - all items are framed and glazed. I am always happy to combine postage costs if you purchase more than one item - so please check out the other items from this private collection. A charming hand worked picture on silk. In an oval gilt frame this charming picture dates from around 1920s. The frame has pretty scroll detail at the top and beading around the inner frame. The back of the frame is a hand nailed wood.
The picture is hand worked in fine embroidery silks on a pale light blue silk background. It shows two birds - not certain of the type of birds they have pretty lilac and blue feathers - and there are two tiny yellow and orange butterflys. The birds are in fabulous colours - greens, blues and purple shades . The flowers are lilac and purple shades with green leaves.
Measures - approx 12 inches tall including the frame and 9 inches wide.
Condition - in very good condition. I cannot see any damage. There is no damage on the silk picture - no staining or marks . Postage - UK POSTAGE - very carefully packed in a box to protect the glass - postage in UK £4.75 by courier delivery. I can offer special delivery which guarantees next day in UK £9.75
Postage outside the UK is difficult due to the glass - for Europe approx £14 - Rest of world approx £20.
