Antique Amish or Mennonite plushwork or stumpwork star patchwork pillowThis pillow came from a local estate sale with many antiques and vintage eclectic textiles. Each of the patchwork squares in this pillow are made of a plushwork star worked in yarn on a wool fabric backing. The wool background pieces and the pillow backing fabric were likely recycled from old clothing. The front of the pillow is still in good condition, but there are some holes in the backing fabric, and some wear to the outer striped binding. It measures approximately 17\" x 20\" in size, and contains 30 plushwork squares. This pillow comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home. Please contact me with any questions.
