- Stamped On Bottom: "E.G. WEBSTER & SON QUADRUPLE PLATE 15972" (see picture #11) ca.1886-1928

- Features an elegantcut glass flask with quadruple plate sleeve/cup (with ornate designs along the top)and ascrew on cap

- Approx. 4 5/8" H x 2 3/4" W, Total weight: 8 oz, Holds 3 oz liquid

- Good Condition: Glass has some very minor scratches (hidden by the sleeve) and two very minor chips (flea bites, hardly visible) Quadruple Plate sleeve and cap have a fair amount of tarnish. The bottom also has what appears to bea "3" scratched into it. Please see pictures to fully evaluate condition.
