A 1:32 scale Arado 196 A-3 with a wingspan of almost 16 inches (40cms) It should have been a really impressive model (Revell I think) but this one is a bit of a basket case ! It's really only fit for spares or possibly a crash site diorama piece ! I know the Revell model had some good internal detail, and what may be buried inside I really dont know.....very low start price in case you fancy a challenge !!! It's a lot of plastic for 99P !!
Please study all the photos (I have provided plenty!) to judge for yourself. I have tried to describe everything fairly, but the descripton should be read in conjunction with the photographs.
It's part of a large & impressive collection I have been listing over the last few weeks....and there is plenty still to go ! The collection was packed away around 20 years ago and contains some unusual aircraft!
The interesting thing about the collection, is the many rare and unusual aircraft....the standards are all there.....but the majority are rare, out of production, modified and in some cases scratch built.Both Military and Civilian aircraft from around 1910 to early/mid 1950's.....some VERY rare civilian types, and many 1920's and 1930's aircraft.Models are posted in strong boxes with the aircraft itself sealed in a plastic bag. The box is then packed with soft Poly chips to cushion the package. Please be aware, that due to the fragile nature of the items, some damage MAY occur.....but if any part does become detatched, it will be safe inside the plastic envelope and will not be lost.
