I know you will like our houses as they are for one the easiest to assemble on the market that I can find. All our houses are meant for teenagers and adults ages 13 and older. Please keep this in mind as you purchase. All kits are cut upon order placed and that is the reason for the 2 to 4 day delay in shipping. Please understand that this is no large company, it is a mom and pop operation with me doing 90% of the work required and I like it this way as it keeps it at the personal level with customers. All kits take approx 5-8 hours to cut depending on size and pricing is relatively low in comparison to kits at the same size and features. I would like to keep pricing as low as possible but prices are subject to change depending on wood and fuel cost.
