This is an assembled Greenleaf Beacon Hill Dollhouse. I am not sure when it was assembled but certainly before 2003. Please see all the photos for a complete description. I prefer local pickup but would consider shipping as long as you are aware that it will cost quite a bit.The house measures 40 inches tall by 18 inches wide by 32 inches long.It weighs 26 pounds. I would bring it to FedEx for packing and shipping. If you are interested in this option please message me with your city and zip code and I will get you a rough shipping quote. There will be about a 15.00 charge for the box and another 15.00 for FedEx to do the packing. I expect that total shipping costs will be between 150 and 225.00. If this is an option for you I would ask for payment for the house and a 75.00 down payment on shipping. I would then invoice you for the remainder of the shipping after the final bill isreceived.CRST.com is a shipping/transport firm that will come and pack the house and deliver it directly to your door. You can get a quote from them at their website using the information about weight and size that I have provided. You would be getting a quote regarding \"Home Delivery\".
If you choose FedEx shipping and packing the Dollhouse is fully insured through FedEx. If it is damaged during shipping FedEx will need to come and inspect the damage as well as the packing and box. I will not pay any refund for damage until FedEx pays the claim.
If you choose CSRT I am not responsible for any shipping damage refunds as this is all handled on the buyers end.

If the box is damaged when your package arrives please take a picture showing the damaged area on the box. When the box is damaged there is a good chance the item(s) inside are also damaged. If any of the items inside the box are damaged we need pictures of the damaged items. For china include pictures of the front and back of the damaged piece(s). Please let us know within 48 hours you have received damaged merchandise.
