All of my charms are AUTHENTIC Pandora (unless another brandwhich will be noted). PLEASE NOTE ~ Pandora started using the S before the 925 in 2011 so charms made before then will not have the S.

I do offer a14 day money back return policy if you have changed your mind about your purchase. Return shipping is the buyer\'s responsibility. Once I have received the item I will send the refund minus a 20% restocking fee to recover shipping expenses, supplies and lost time in selling the item.

If it appears as though I have made an error, please contact me right away so we can work it out. If it is decided that I did make the error, I will send a pre-paid label and refund 100% of the payment upon receipt of the item.

Items MUST be returned in the original condition as when sent!!! If you ordered a brand new Pandora item that came with the barcode baggie, it must be returned with the item or I will not be able to accept the return.
