Q: Will my item arrive exactly on the estimated delivery date provided by ?
A: The estimated delivery date shown is a calculation done by for how long it takes to delivery all of the hundreds of items we sell. They do not take into account the type of item, size, weight, shipping location, supplier, etc. This is just an ESTIMATE, and we do NOT guarantee delivery by a date that we have no control over calculating. In general, expect anywhere from 2-10 business days for delivery of an item. Delivery times may vary greatly just depending on the type of item. Contact us if you have a need to get an item quickly, we will tell you if it is possible to get to you by a desired date.
Most shipments require up to 5 business days handling time, plus 2-10 business days shipping time, but in many instances it will be on the faster side, unless your item is very large and/or heavy.
Oversized Item Delivery Policy:
Item will be shipped via freight carrier to your home, excluding rural routes, remote areas not in close proximity to areas commonly serviced by freight carriers. Please provide your daytime and evening phone numbers during check out so our carrier can contact you to schedule delivery.
From time to time, items may become temporarily backordered, and some delays are possible, but rare. You will be contacted if this happens. If you do not want to wait a few more days, full refunds will be issued. Because I have so many items for sale, it takes hours to update my inventory to reflect what I have available. As such, a very limited number of my items I may not be able to get. Immediate refunds will be given if this situation arises.
Q: How do I return an item?
Because we use multiple suppliers, I first need to request an RA (Return Authorization) from the supplier your item originated from. If you want to return an item, you MUST first message me letting me know. I will coordinate the return with the supplier and forward you the necessary paperwork.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be given once the item is received by the Returns Center. Refunds will be original payment amount less return cost. We only refund if the item is damaged or does not match the description given (pictures are part of description). We do not refund for buyer’s remorse. Items being returned for refund must be in original packaging shipped in and in the condition it arrived in. If product arrives damaged, please send photo of damage to verify.
You MUST contact me first in order to arrange for a return. I must provide you with the correct return address. If you do not follow this process, items may become lost and you may not be entitled to a refund.
Oversized-Item Return Policy:
Upon delivery, if you notice any damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery. Notify us immediately in the unlikely event of damage.
