Our items are either marked new or used. All items are sold as is, please feel free to message or call (806-745-4328) us with any questions you may have before buying. Refunds only take place in the event of a seller error in a listing. The term "used" means just that. A used item will have normal wear and tear, some discoloration, scuffs, or scratches. We strive to describe the condition of each item in a very truthful way. If you have any questions regarding the color, size, intended use, fading, or wear and tear please ask before you buy. New items mean never sold or used.
International buyers must pay through PayPal. The cost of shipping will be the actual cost plus a small handling fee. Please inquire about this cost before you buy. Usually it will be a $1 to $2 handling fee on small items and a $10 handling fee on all saddles for international buyers only.
We will gladly combine items to save you money. The shipping price stated is for the Continental United States. Shipping to APO, Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere outside of the United States is an additional expense. We try to ship priority as much as possible. However, we reserve the right to ship using the most cost effective manner. Priority Shipping (USPS) usually takes two to three days. Parcel Post may take seven to ten days. If we ship Priority Mail you will be emailed with a tracking number. In certain circumstances we will ship UPS. For custom, made to order items such as Mortenson buckles and leatherwork, a “restocking fee” (’s term for cancellation fee) will be charged to those who do not reply back with the wanted details made to their custom, made to order item or ask to cancel order because were not aware of terms. Both descriptions and emails sent from Miller Ranch Gear state the company policies with the descriptions, production time, and shipping arrangements. We include our email and phone number to allow for customers to contact Miller Ranch Gear regarding any confusion on said policies.
Restocking fee will be 20% of the total cost of the listed item on , therefore, each custom, made to order may have a different fee. Please refer to the bottom of the listing to check the restocking fee.
After 14 days, orders are subject to cancellation if customer does not respond with details on custom orders. Please try to respond through email, it is easier for us to manage orders that way, but we will accept an initial form of communication through message or phone, and then will expect to communicate through email from then on out.
