This pre-owned lot of dolls come in their original factory-sealed packaging, and have never been unboxed or played with.  The boxes have some light shelf wear, including scuffs / scratches and minor dents.  Bella's box has a 1" tear in one corner.  Each doll is approx. 12" tall. 

Shipping via Fedex Ground only.  Insurance included.

Sales tax will be charged on all purchases terminating within the State of California.  This includes all pick-ups.  If you would like to pick-up this item, please call us to have the shipping charge removed from your invoice.

Items are normally shipped out within 3 business days (excl. Sat, Sun, and holidays) after payment confirmation.  Fragile, bulky, or heavy items may take longer.  We will ship to U.S. addresses ONLY (must match credit card bill or Paypal-registered).  Signature confirmation is automatically required for shipment over $250.  We will not ship internationally.

We typically ship via Fedex Ground or USPS Priority.  Please be aware that Fedex or UPS do not deliver to PO Box.  We reserve the right to change/choose carrier at any time.

Flat-rate shipping: if offered, is only available within the lower 48 states.   The quoted shipping cost is for transit between our location (91106) and New York (10001).  If you live elsewhere, or close to us, please call before making your payment, because your actual shipping cost may be lower.

Damaged item: please call us within 48 hours of receiving it.  Do not throw away any packaging.  The claims process may take between 10-21 business days.  Once the claim from the shipping carrier is approved and paid, we will issue you the appropriate refund.

Combined shipping: call us before making your payment. We will do our best to combine your multiple purchases.

Local/in-store PICK-UP is only available at this store (unless otherwise noted), and is usually free.  Payment must be completed before pick-up.  To avoid paying shipping charges, please call us to have it removed prior to making your payment.  All local pick-ups will be charged applicable sales tax.  Unless a prior arrangement has been made with us, your item must be picked up within 10 business days from end of sale.  Otherwise, the item will be treated as unwanted and will be disposed of in any manner we see fit.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Software (opened or unopened) and authenticated items (e.g. coins graded or "slabbed" by major national grading companies) are non-refundable.
