Beautiful Antique Indian Silver Tea Caddy C1890 For Sale
Here’s a truly beautiful piece. An antique Indian silver tea caddy, decorated with the gorgeous Kasmiri shawl pattern – the pattern that inspired England’s Paisley pattern. The box is also a lovely shape, rectangular within concave corners, giving a very strong, tactile feel. This pattern is ideal for silver because it prevents fingerprints showing. Please see my other antique Indian items that I’m also saleing, including two by Oomersi Mawji.
