BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE SCRAP/MEMORY QUILT ~HOURGLASS BORDER ~ Dress & Feedsack Pieces:

I love the pattern on this beautiful antique quilt, but have no idea what the name is. The diamonds shapes are made up of scraps from clothing and feedsack pieces; the border is done in an hourglass pattern. It\'s all cotton, entirely hand stitched, thin and lightweight, and backed with a lovely peach color cotton.

It\'s hand pieced, hand quilted at 7 stitches per inch, with hand stitched edging.

Size is a generous 78\" x 95\"(+/-), so it will fit any bed from a double to a king.

It\'s in very good condition with typical flaws found in a quilt this age, such as a few loose seams and a small stain here and there, nothing very noticeable or that detracts from the beauty of this quilt.
