This sale is for a large Chinese porcelain vase dating to the 19th century. The vase is finely painted around the exterior with large reserves on each side of the body of the vase containing scenes of figures. The trim of the vase is painted with blossoming trees and dragons around the shoulder. The top rim of the vase has a rolled and ruffled edge painted with ruyi. It is a very large piece standing 25 inches (63.5cm) tall and is in excellent condition. It does appear that this vase at one point had handles on the neck that have been removed and professionally restored. Still displays beautifully and is hard to notice as can be seen in the photos.
