This high quality, authentic (circa 1920s) Mandalian mesh pursehas an unusual \'Gloria\' bracelet frame. Its wide, silver-tone, spring frame isembossed with a deco design and a fold down closure that closes completely andtightly without a gap in the bracelet. The Gloria frames are not easy to find, especially in thiscondition. Gorgeous fall colors - blended shades of rust, gold, browns,orange, burnt orange, peach, and black fill the front and back with sprays offlowers on a very light, taupe colored Lustro-Pearl background. TheLustro-Pearl finish makes the enamel shimmer. Lustro-Pearl, according toMandalian advertising, \'this bag isfinished with Essence of Pearl, a very costly solution heretofore confined toHigh-Grade Pearl Necklaces, can now be had on Mandalian Mesh Bags. Notice itslustrous and silky finish originated and made only by Mandalian Mfg.Company...\' All enamel is very bright,shiny, and I didn\'t see any missing. Both sides equallybright. Unlined. Complete chain fringe. The mesh is attached to the frame at allpoints as it should be. This purse measures approx. 4 1/2\" (W). by 6 1/2\"(L) with an additional 1\" chain fringe. Original carry chain.
