Click to View Image Album This is a vintage Danish sterling silver bracelet by Bent and Anni Knudsen, for sale to the high buyer. Please see my store and my other listings for more Danish and other silver items. This awesome heavy cuff bracelet features a swirling modernist pattern joined at the center and open at both ends. The inside is marked "Sterling Denmark Bent K 925S 3", and "Anni & Bent Knudsen" in script undernearh. Bent Knudsen (1924-1997) trained at Carl Cohr in Fredericia and then worked for the Hans Hansen silversmithy until 1956 when he started his own workshop with his wife, Anni. This bracelet shows the understated, simple lines that are the hallmark of Danish Modern. You can scroll down to see more photos.

This desirable bracelet measures 7" around the inside, 1" across at the front and 1 3/4" across at the ends. It is made of heavy thick silver which is not adjustable and does not flex when you put it on over your hand. It is intended for the small hand and slender wrist, and would need to be resized by a jeweler if your hand or wrist is on the larger side. It weighs a substantial 2.3 oz (67 gr) on my little scale. There is a small scratch along one edge, shown below. Otherwise, it is in very good condition, with normal signs of use and a little tarnish. There are no dings, dents or bends.
