Up for sale with is a beautiful Victorian Sterling Silver Pierced Berry Serving Ladle. The Ladle is the finest example I have sold in a very long time with amazingly detailed Repousse Fruit designs to the Bowl and excellent Etched designs to the handle. The Ladle is also richly Gold Gilt and has never been monogrammed. The Ladle is fully Hallmarked for the very fine Period Silversmith Charles Boyton II, London England, Sterling Silver and has the Date Letter "S" for 1893. The Spoon is also in amazing condition, having always been kept and stored in the original Fitted Presentation Case which you almost never find. The Case shuts and snaps closed tightly, there is just some slight separation when closed due to wood shrinking from age, otherwise the case is in excellent condition as well. The Ladle measures approx 7" long by 2-1/4" wide and has a fine quality weight of 54 grams. This would make a very fine Anniversary or Wedding Gift, if you can bare to part with it :)

We make great effort to accurately describe each item listed. Returns are accepted, if either condition, country of origin or dating we stateis significantly incorrect. Hence, have an expected amount of wear from normal use. As such, returning an item because we failed to mention the tiniest bit of wear, or barely discernible flaw is not acceptable.
