My name is John Newbern, and for nearly 20 years I published the cartoon and joke series of books called Sex to Sexty. BILL WARDwas one of my favorite artists, and I have decided to make available to the public a few ORIGINAL creations his.
This work was published in SEX TO SEXTY in the 60's or 70's. This is an early one, folks, and is a grand example ofWARDat his best. The art is a pen and ink on paper that was mounted on a larger piece of card stock and it measures 9 1/2"by 14". The art has editing marks on the lower edge and a small bit of toning and other than that, itis PERFECT!!!
His signature is on the lower edge of the art.
