BILLYWAS BORN ON 29th APRIL 1900. HE SIGNED FOR NORWICH CITY IN 1919, THEN JOINED MANCHESTER CITY IN MAY1924.HE LATER PLAYED FOR CHESTERFIELD. VERY SADLY BILLY PASSED AWAY ON 2nd APRIL 1979.
