Returns

Returns are accepted provided we receive written confirmation of the return via messages within 7 working days of receipt of the order, and the goods are then returned in good condition within 7 working days of notification. Refunds will be processed for the full value of the order, including the initial postage and packing, once the goods are returned. If goods are being returned for any other reason than a fault with the product then the buyer will pay the return postage. Please contact us before returning goods.
