This is alovely and unique BLACK'S LAWDICTIONARY SPECIAL EDITION published 1979. I have described to the best of my ablity the condition as: This book is in very nice condition. There is some very slight wear. The first page is autographed, I am not sure, but it makes sense because of the estate sale that I purchased it from. I belive to be JOSEPH R. NOLAN who was Honorable Joseph R. Nolan, Associate Justice, Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, 1984-1985. He was very involved in Enviromental Law. There aresome factory created folds in the center pages that I have pictured. There is a small dent on the back of the book on the padded cover.The first page has a very, very slight bend back... very slight. I don't know how picky book people are, as I have never sold any.
