The Passenger Occupancy Sensor Mat Airbag Module
is created to detect when
you
have a passenger. When it fails, then the airbag warning light comes on a
dash, this module will bypass the faulty passenger occupancy mat
completely and simulate a
passenger in the seat and after the error reset, should reactivate the
airbag system.

IMPORTANT TO READ BEFORE YOU BUY! Please note:before you buy, make sure that thePassenger Seat Occupancy Mat is faulty, as this bypass won't clear any other faults. It can be checked by proper error reading tool. Please note, that after installation, you would still need to reset (clear errors) the airbag light, because not every model auto reset, it can be done with proper reset tool or just seek help in your local nearest garage. FITS YOUR CAR? Please checkfrom the rear, under the passenger seat, for the newer 3 wires occupancy connection, usually RED, WHITE & BROWN colors,as shown in the picture below!(not the black or yellow colors main seat plug), it may also be hidden under the flap, but if you see just 2 wires, blue & white colors, visit my shop for the other bypass module.

Please note:that if your car has a seat belt warning sound, it may always sound after installing this module.To avoid it, I have included the seat belt simulator with fitting instructions, FREE of charge, with simulator:
you don't have to fasten the seat belt all the time
you don't have to brake the seat belt buckle, as with other sellers items
you don't have to buy a separate buckle

the on-board computer recognizes that a passenger is present in the
passenger seat and seat is OCCUPIED. So with my module installed, ALL AIRBAGS WILL WORK PROPERLY AND DEPLOY IN THE EVENT OF
AN ACCIDENT. Please see the BMW Diagnostic Software ISPA
