I try to set fair prices for every item and I am happy to combine shipping when you buy multiple items. For example, extra jewellery is always free. Butonly if you "request total from seller”, then I can correct your total before you pay, it's sometimes hard to notice every sale that should have a discount and I wouldn't want to miss giving it so just follow the instructions below and I will alwayscharge postage for only one item no matter how many things you buy.

1.Choose one of the items you want to buy

2.Click “Buy It Now” which will take you to “ Review and Commit to Buy” page, click “commit to buy”

3.It will lead you to “buy It Now Confirmation” page, choose “visit seller’s shop” to continue shopping and choose other items you want to buy and do the above steps again.

4.When you finish buying all the items that you want,goto the buying page and you can see a “more action” choice box and click "request total from seller" then I will correct the postage price and I will only charge you postage for one item no matter how many different things you buy.

I send out invoices every evening at least and usually throughout the day when I'm online so you won't have to wait long for the corrected invoice to come through. Using the above method is the only way I can give the postage discount. I am really sorry about this but it is the only way to be fair to everyone.

Payment

Please pay within 7 days after you purchase the items or contact me to let me know payment is coming later. For all items that are not paid within 7 days the unpaid item process will star automatically and the items will be relisted. Echeques are no problem but I'll only send your things out after it has cleared.

Postage and Packing

I always package things up carefully so they will arrive to you in the same condition they left me.I always post things within one working day and will send by Royal Mail, sometimes I'll be able to get things out the same day if payment is made by 12:00pm.

Return policy and response

If there is any problem with what I sell you let me know. I will always accept returns and I'll try hard to sort out any problems that you have; if you change your mind or the item you buy is not what you thought it would be, just send it back to me in the same condition you received it and I will give a 100% refund. If you are not satisfied with the items or the service from my shop, please contact me via message and I will get back to you very quickly and sort out the problem.
