I am in Oregon and items that are being shipped past area 2 I like to use UPS ground to save on shipping for the buyer as some of these busts are large and shipping cost rise over the 20.00-30.00 dollar mark from usps. If I do use USPS I will ship priority mail with insurance and tracking.
