Depending on the service method used for delivery tracking information may not be immediately available. We use FedEx and USPS. Please attempt to track your parcel with both services. Do you leave response?
We leave positive once the item is paid for. Do you refund the shipping costs?
We do not. These funds have been disbursed to the shipping company. My item had free shipping but I did not receive a full refund?
In that case, we refund your purchase price less the actual shipping cost we incurred. In what condition must the item be returned?
