A project 30 years in the making, this lovely quilt deserves a good home where it will be enjoyed.
My mom first stitched the quilt’s top in 1967. Four kids and thirty years later, she completed the quilt in 1997. Since its completion, the quilt was displayed in a guest bedroom and then retired to the linen closet. After spring cleaning this year, mom decided that the quilt should find a new home. As seen in this listing’s photos, the quilts color palette includes: turquoise, avocado green, red, gold and pink.
The quilt top is 46 years old and show some typical wash and wear, but is free of any tears or stains.
