Closing details: Closing will be handled by an experience Florida Title Company.This contract will be sent to Disney for their Right of First Refusal process (ROFR), which can take up to 30 days. Closing and complete transfer to Disney will take another 30-90 days. Should Disney decide to exercise their Right of Refusal, you will receive back your deposit.

*I have an existing reservation that ends November 4th. That is when this contract can close. We can sign the contract and go through the entire closing process, and then sign the papers on Nov 4th to complete the transaction.

We went for 3 nights, Friday, Saturday and Sunday since we can drive there from home in an hour and half. We had a studio that included a small kitchen with microwave, small frig, toaster, coffee maker and Disney paper plates etc.
Our Lake view allowed us to watch the fireworks from Magic Kingdom from our balcony. The monorail was fun and we were able to spend some time at the other hotels on the system.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and the bed was great. We sleep very well. Highly recommend it. The also have a roof top bar for great views. We would stay there again.

We are DVC members and have been trying different properties through the years on Disney. All of them great of course. This one stands the test as well too. Just amazing service and staff. Always feel safe and we were just minutes away from walking to MK everyday. The room was more then big enough with all the amenities a family of 4 could want. Two thumbs up Disney.
