You will get exactly what you see in the picture and I USUALLY ADD EXTRA PIECES(some of those pieces may have some blemishes or shiny spots).

They are exactly as I found them (with the sand washed off in dish soap). On occasion if I have a beautiful piece with an edge sharp enough to damage the package or your hand then I will round it off with a diamond file.
