19th Century Wang Bing Rong Brush Pot with Lotus and Carp in Turquoise Glaze
Another notable piece from the inherited Chinese antiques collection that is being offered, this exceptional cylindrical form porcelain brush pot is beautifully carved in high relief with a water scene in full round depicting carp and lotus blossoms. The brush pot is applied overall with a brilliant turquoise glaze. It is impressed firmly with the seal mark of Wang Bind Rong, one of China\'s finest porcelain masters of the 19th Century. A gorgeous brush pot in excellent condition with no breaks, chips or cracks. The brush pot was pictured on a wooden stand to allow for better photographs of the entire piece. The wooden stand is not a companion piece to the brush pot.
Size: Height of 13.8 cm (5.25 in.); with a 10.8 cm diameter at the top (4.25 in.); and 11 cm diameter bottom (4-5/16 in.).
Condition: The condition is excellent with no breaks, chips or cracks.
