Beautiful Georgian Large Diamond Paste Picture/Photo Locket Beautiful Georgian Large Diamond Paste Picture/Photo Locket Description Here is a really fabulous rare georgian diamond paste photo/picture locket. The locket measures over one inch by nearly one & threequarter inches excluding the bail & is all set in a gold colour early metal mount. This locket is really fabulous with a border of white paste stones to look like diamonds, all faceted, the same size & claw set & there is a variation in colour but they have a lovely sparkle & closed in back & there is then a glass front which is origional & as with age has a chip to the edge, but i dont think this detracts, but is mentioned for total accuracy, see pics. The locket opens easily to the back, nicely from the bottom with easy access to put in your photos or treasured keepsakes & clicks shut properly. The locket comes complete with a large early bail which is nicely inset with matching graduating paste stones, which all gives a lovely finish. This locket dates to the georgian/victorian era so has wear as you would expect & i have not cleaned it, so will come up better than the pics. This really is a lovely antique locket in condition as stated, that looks lovely worn & a really lovely early example of these. About Us
