Since 2011 our antiques shop “Von Koprasky – Fine art & Antiques” has been located in downtown Naples, Florida, USA. Our long experience (over 10 years in the antique and art business) enables us to provide you with a wide variety of antiques, ranging from furniture to the appropriate present for each occasion - everything according to your wishes! We are specialised dealers in fine german, continental and british porcelain as well in fine art of the 19th and 20th century.

All our actual -sales must be regarded as private, by mutual agreement with our costumers. By so doing, we intend to protect our customers from being contacted by non-reliable -members. The e-mail addresses of our customers will never be given out by us to any other party.
We communicate electronically via e-mail and will respond to all questions within 48 hours.
All items on sales are guaranteed antique and authentic. Each item is described very accurately, and any damage or restoration will be mentioned in our item description. As you are offerding on antique and mostly pre-owned items, normal and usual evidence of use will not be mentioned in our descriptions, as you will be able to see the exact condition of all items accurately in the detailed pictures displayed below the item description. These pictures will enable you to make your own judgement.
If you have any questions about an offered item, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail (via ask seller a question link on site) before offerding on the item. Your offer is a binding contract, as set out by rules. The buyer is responsible for carefully reading the item description before offerding. The condition of the items will be illustrated very accurately in detailed pictures below the item description. Please only offer if you accept our Business Terms. WHEN sale HAS ENDED:
As winning buyer you will receive an invoice / checkout via e-mail, confirming the total payment including insurance and air mail shipping costs like those mentioned in our item description. If you decide to purchase more than one item from our sales or our shop assortment, we will combine postage costs (which will result in a reduction of shipping costs) at the time we send you the checkout.
We ship worldwide through the United States Postal Service (with comprehensive insurance coverage, referring to the International Delivery Contract, as mentioned in our item description) within 2 days of receipt of your payment. If you prefer to choose a different shipping method, please contact us via e-mail before offerding, which will enable us to calculate the exact costs for you!
We require full insurance coverage on all sales; the insurance amount is included in packing/insurance/express air mail shipping details in our item description for delivery through the USPS. If you prefer an alternate shipping method, please contact us so that we can calculate any additional costs to you.
Costumers may be allowed to return ordered items within 5 days after receipt - only in the event that our item description is incorrect. Otherwise, please contact us to discuss individual circumstances and the possibility of making special arrangements. The costs of insurance and delivery are a service, and are therefore non-refundable.
We ship worldwide, and take great care to package our items very carefully for shipping long distances. Please inspect your ordered item immediately upon receipt (you can decline acceptance when the parcel shows obvious damage). We ship every item fully insured. In the case of damage during transport you will have to take the following steps: Please take photographs of the outer packaging materials, take detailed photographs of the damaged item, and please keep all packaging for any further inquiries. Please contact your local Post Office that delivered the parcel with the damaged item, and fill in a "damage report" form. The Post Office will then supply you with a confirmation.
Please then send all these documents to us via Express Air Mail, e-mail, or fax, and we will then be able to contact our local Post Office to claim on the insurance. In the case of possibility of restoration, please send us an estimate of the restorations costs of a local restorer - (written the restorer´s business letterhead) - and / or statement of the diminution of item´s value that resulted from the damage it sustained during transit.
