Beautiful Vintage Figural Celluloid Purse Frame For Sale
This fabulous, vintage figural celluloid purse frame is designed as a toucan, I believe. The colors on this vintage frame are superb - as is the condition. The frame also has its celluloid link chain intact. The frame measures 6 7/8" from the outside edge of each hinge and the sew holes distance is 6" from the last sew hole on each end of the frame. The height is 4 1/4" - not including the handle. The bird is enameled and, as you can see, the enameling is excellent and pretty much all intact. The very top part of the head raises up to open the frame. This is a gorgeous, unusual frame in excellent condition - with no chips, cracks or damage.

I know condition is extremely important and I will make every effort to mention flaws that are significant. A small amount of wear or signs of age and light use are normal.
