Beautiful vintage heavily hand embroidered linen tablecloth, it does unfortunately have some **damage** so please read the entire listing

Measuring approx 42" sqaure

The linen is white and medium fine. the embroidery has been beautifully executed, depicting hydrengeas, from pale pink to a more vibrant pastel pink. The largest design is to each corner measuring approx 11" wide by approx 6.5" tall. In the centre of the cloth is a 'circlet' measuring approx 17" in diameter, taking the measurement from the very outside of the circlet, including the stems of the flowers. Outside of the circlet, are scattered a few single blooms

I have taken lots of photographs, flash on, flash off. the colours are pastel, some pale and some quite vibrant

CONDITION

Unfortunately there are some large, but faint water marks on this cloth. I have placed a thimble next to one of these in the photographs, they actually show up more on camera than the do in real life. They are faint, you do have to look hard to see them, but they are there, so if you are looking for a pristine example, this one may not be for you
