2) Return Customers $5 unlimited shipping when you subscribe to my store and take advantage of my $10 unlimited shipping within 90 days. Basically, if you buy 8 or more dvds from me, within 90 days you can get $5 unlimited shipping on your next order. Again, you must request an invoice from me and message me so I can manually adjust your shipping total and verify your previous order.

3) Item condition - I do not go by 's item condition requirements. Most of my DVDS fall in the very good condition. Few may be ex-rentals. I cannot guarantee inserts (as requires for Very Good condition). To me, an item in very good condition is complete with case and artwork and disc, no cracks in the case, and no DEEP scratches on the disc. I replace broken cases before shipping, but not cases with scratches or scuffs. In rare cases dvds may have stickers on them or marker where previous owners put their names on them. Although most of my movies are from collector's who take good care of their dvds, some may not be perfect. If you want a flawless very good condition DVD from me, message me to make sure it has no stickers or anything and I will give you a more accurate description. I have 10,000 dvds and spot check them all, so I'm sure I've made some mistakes here and there. Also, I use stock photos provided by . If the photo says it includes some toy or extra, it may not actually include it. Although usually accurate, 's photos havebeen off from time to time. Also,I cannot guarantee a special features disc on all of them, but almost always it is still included. If this may be a problem, message me to make sure it is included before you buy. With over 10,000 DVDs, there is no way I can watch them all to see if they skip. Although I have very few complaints on skipping discs, I cannot guarantee them. I will do refunds if a dvd won't play at all, but an occasional skipping disc is possible, not often, when buying used dvds.

4) Returns. Buyer pays return shipping. If for some reason an order is mixed up or wrong, please contact me before opening up a case and I will do whatever feasible to work out any issue. If I have the same copy of a movie I will do an exchange first, and if I don't have it, a refund of the item cost. %15 restocking fee may apply.

5) Post office lost, damaged or misdelivered packages.This very rarely happens, but when it does the buyer acknowledges that packages lost, damaged or misdelivered (oftentimes to your neighbors house) by the usps can only be resolved by the buyer contacting the post office directly. Buyer is responsible for filing claims with post office to locate package or recvover damage done by them.

6) Subscribe to my store for updates. I list new dvds every month.

7) Shipping and handling. I work alone. I get to my shipping as often as possible, but sometimes life gets in the way. Generally, If you order Between Friday and Sunday, I will have printed the shipping label Monday Evenings. I try my best to ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

8) Message me. I usually respond to messages in the evenings unless I'm out. I try to respond every day, but usually no later than 2 days from time message received.
