This creamer or sauce boat is in the Neptune pattern by Belleek. It has the first black mark used 1863-1890. The pitcher measures approximately 2 1/4 inches high and 4 3/4 inches from handle to spout. There are three small nicks on the inner rim and a tan spot on the lip (see photo).
