New this year from Bethany Lowe is this Poison paper chain Garland kit. It is new in its original packaging. (I opened one to photograph the cards, but yours will be sealed).

Each paper card link has scalloped edges and measures 1 1/2\" tall by 6 3/4\" long. Joining the ends makes a paper ring with an approx. of 2\".

The strips are printed on both sides.

You get 16 strips of each of 3 designs totaling 48 strips. This will make a garland of approx. 7 1/2 feet. Or you can make smaller chains as needed.
