- ThisVictorian skirt can be worn in two ways. One: the overskirt can simplylay draped over the underskirt down to the floor. Two: the overskirtcan be cinched up to give a gathered appearance. To achieve this look,take the fabric eyelet loops located on either side of the overskirt.Lift the eyelet loops upward towards the button facets sewn onto eitherhip of the overskirt and loop the eyelet loops securely around thebutton facets. This will give you the gathered skirt that you see inthe photos.
