We post to all destinations worldwide, including BFPO post codes, using Royal
Mail, or a Courier service depending on the weight of the parcel.

All of our orders are posted within 1 business day of us receiving cleared

Delivery to UK is usually within 3-5 WORKING Days

Delivery to Europe is usually within 4-8 WORKING Days

Delivery to USA, Canada and Australia is usually within 10-12 WORKING Days

Delivery to Rest of World is usually within 10-15 WORKING Days

International parcels that weigh over 2KG will be sent in multiple parcels due
to international weight restrictions

Should you miss a delivery, there will be a re-delivery charge to post it back to

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from receiving the item.
You must notify us by phone or email of your intention to cancel. When returning
a item(s) please send a copy of the invoice and a quick note of the problem.

* Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.
* Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g if you have
opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without
damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and
must be re-packaged as received.
* Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from
authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty
items after the 7 days.

You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk.
The returns authorisation is valid for up to 7 days only. Goods sent back without
prior returns authorisation will be refunded after taking out our expenses and a
£1.50 re-insertion fee.

Full refund of the cost of the goods minus our expenses is wholly conditional
upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full
inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness
and correct product return.

* Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original
packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be
refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery and expenses
* Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We cannot accept these
back under the above terms, and the goods will be sent back to you and the
cost of delivery charged to the buyer.
