The Blackmagic Design H.264 Pro Recorder is designed for the
industry professionals who require professional encoding from SDI, HDMI,
analog/component composite, and balanced audio. The flexible Pro
Recorder enables you to capture old or new video formats into the same
file formats used on the web, iPad, iPod, iPhone, Apple TV, and more,
providing a convenient solution to capture from professional broadcast
decks directly to SD and HD H.264 files.
With the Media Express software, you can encode hours of content into
popular online formats and batch H.264 files with an attractive user
interface as well as create playlists from captured files. The software
supports CMX EDL import and RS-422 accurate deck control, and is
compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems. It also
provides clip information such as frame size, frame-rate, color space,
format, and codec.
The H.264 recorder allows you to capture high-quality videos and select
between SDI, HDMI, and analog component video inputs. Apart from
capturing audio from the SDI, HDMI, or stereo balanced analog audio
input jacks, you can also connect the recorder directly to HD or SD
video sources as the SDI, HDMI, and capture from HDCAM, Digital Betacam,
Betacam SP, DVD players, and more. Analog video inputs switch between
component s-video and composite, and support SD and HD.
The Pro Recorder allows you to save your old memories as digital files
on your PC, converting old programming video formats into H.264 file
format. It supports real-time scaling, and allows you to capture videos
at full HD or SD resolution. You can also resize videos in real-time to
scale and encode for playing on devices such as iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
The adjustable tools can crop unwanted video portions such as black
borders and VHS switching.

Q. Do you sell to international buyers? A.
Yes, every item in our store is available for international
shipping. The costs of this are input in each sale, and are a flat
fee to ship anywhere worldwide.
Q. What kind of warranty or protection is offered? A.
DveStore has 14 day return policy on new items, no returns on open-box
or used items. If item is new in original packaging, it can be returned
for a full refund (less shipping) within this time period. If original
packaging is destroyed, or item has been used, refund is subject to a
15% restocking fee. All new items sold come with any manufacturer
warranties applicable.
Q. What happens if the product(s) arrives with shipping damage? A.
DVeStore takes great care in packaging the items we ship. However, in
the unlikely event that shipping damage does occur, you will not be
held financially responsible. The item will be refunded, replaced,
or repaired at our discretion. Regardless of whether the shipping
company eventually pays us or not on the insurance claim, we value your
business and will make sure you get your item, or your money back in
this unlikely event. We ask that you save all the original packaging.
You will be shipped a replacement as soon as we learn of the problem,
and we will include a return label for shipment of the defective or
broken item.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted? A. DveStore accepts Paypal and major credit cards for all purchases.
Q. How much is domestic shipping? A. Domestic shipping is free on many sales, but if there is a shipping cost, it is indicated within the sale.
Q. Are all items new? A.
All of our sales are for new items unless otherwise specified by
“Open Box” or “Used”. Not all “Open Box” items have been used, this
simply indicates either the box has been opened or the packaging has
been slightly damaged.
Q. Who pays import taxes, duties and VAT? A.
You, the customer. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible, but
the buyer is responsible for any fees beyond purchase and shipping.
