This Blendtec ICB3 Smoother has been refurbished by the manufacturer to perform just like new. The number of chores this commercial smoother can do will spin your head. The high-powered Blendtec ICB3 blender will blend products like frozen fruit & vegetables, ice and grains turning them into your favorite smoothies, sauces, salad dressings, and even ice-cream!

Initially created for use in bar wells, the footprint of the ICB3 is the smallest in the blending industry and has become the desired blender for coffee shops, bars, restaurants and ice cream vendors. What other commercial blenders consider to be extreme, Blendtec ICB3 smoother will blend and crush it with ease.

The lid of the Blendtec ICB3 is designed to allow air escape during high speed blending and does not seal completely. This allows the Blender to be used in high traffic settings. To completely seal the Blendtec when in use, it is recommended that the Sound Shroud is removed and lid is held down.

Just plug it into your standard outlet and let the blender perform.

The refurbished Blendtec ICB3 Smoothers have been rigorously tested to ensure they operate just like new units. Please note: you may notice some signs of wear on the outside of the unit like the jar.

• This item can only be shipped within the continental 48 United States, no exceptions.
• The shipping rates listed are only for residential or commercial destinations in the continental 48 United States. If we ship to other locations it will be listed and it will require an additional shipping charge, please ask us if there are any questions.
• We only ship the item to the Paypal Verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout. Please verify the correct shipping address in your PayPal account before making your payment. If we ship your item to an old or invalid address and you are not able to locate the item, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement.
• Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO/PO Boxes
• Most of our items are shipped via FedEx or USPS mail. WE DO NOT OFFER UPS AT THIS TIME.

• For International customers, we only accept Paypal as the payment option.
• Any brokerage, customs, and duty fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
• If you are located outside of the continental 48 United States, please email us in advance to see if the specific item ships to your location. These orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days after payment is received. Please be patient as they are often subject to additional inspection upon delivery.
• For International Orders, a phone number is required for the customs documents. Failure to provide one will result in delays. No Invoices are sent with our shipments, if you need an invoice we can email one.

• If you are returning your item for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given.

• No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used; you can only exchange the item at that point.
• Return items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, ect).
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to VMInnovations. VMInnovations will pay to ship the replacement item to you. If the exchange takes place 30 days from the date of purchase, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.
• All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender, please check the FAQ section below for more information on how to obtain an RMA.
• We only allow for even exchanges. Any exchange attempt for a different item will be subject to additional fees.
• VMInnovations strives to maintain a goal of 72 hour service for all replacements. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory is encountered. We will contact you via email if such a back order happens.
• Subwoofer Warranty: Our warranty does not cover subwoofers if it has blown voice coils or if the speakers have been punctured. This is considered physical damage and is not covered by our warranty, or the manufactures warranty.
• Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted.

• The return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, if an item was physically altered by you, or services performed by anyone other than VMInnovations.

• How long will it take to get my items? Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of receiving your payment. Occasionally, some orders may take a little longer. If you're within the continental 48 United States, expedted shipping time is generally between 1 and 3 days to the central US and between 3 and 4 days for the east and west coasts.
