Bleuette Jumeau Premiere 9 1905 Jn Ppw 11 Inch Doll Reproduction Beth Golding For Sale
Bleuette Jumeau Premiere 9 1905 11” Wood Long Blond Mohair Gray/Blue PPW Eyes – MINT -- Artist: Beth Golding
This lovely antique reproduction Jumeau Premiere 9 Bleuette doll is hand made by highly respected doll artist, Beth Golding of Chunky Cherubs. The Jumeau Premiere 9 model was the first Bleuette introduced in 1905. Bleuette is from the Seeley mold and has an 11” jointed, all wood (Seeley) body. She has a very long, straight medium blond mohair wig with bangs. (It needs a bit of smoothing—mohair is like that). Bleuette has beautiful large gray-blue threaded paperweight glass eyes. Her brown stroked eyebrows and hand painted eyelashes are shaded to complement her blond hair. She has an open mouth with rose edged lips, 4 hand carved porcelain teeth and a dimple in her chin. She has pierced ears with tiny pearl earrings. She is wearing a white lace trimmed petticoat and panties. She was poured in Seeley’s lady white porcelain slip. She is very lovely. She is MINT and has never been displayed.
