All of our items are calculated by the Post Office or UPSshipping calculator. Each item is weighed, including box and packing materials before being listed, along with dimensions and type of package. Shipping cost are based on delivery from zip code to zip code and are displayed for different shipping options offered as well as estimated delivery time. Shipping charges include insurance on all fragile items. There is a minimalhandling charge included in our shipping cost. All of our items are shipped in new or clean recycled boxes using new packing materials and packed with great care to ensure safe delivery. If free shipping is selected we will determine the best shipping method based on size, weight and shipping destination for your order. In the event that an order is not delivered, after tracking and making every effort for delivery,we will provide a full refund including shipping to our customers. If there is damage to an order during shipping, we ask our customers to contact us immediately. Please retain original box, packing and postage label.
We use USPS and UPS for the fastest and most cost effective shipping. We offer First Class Mail, whenever possible,Priority and UPS Ground Shipping options. When orders are shipped you will receive notification and a tracking number. If there is ever a problem with a shipment, please contact us immediately.

We offer combined shipping, discount applied at check out. . Restrictions apply for items that can not be packaged for shipment together, due to weight, size or breakage constraints.
International Shipping:
Please take note if you choose to have your items shipped First Class International Mail there is no way of tracking or insuring your shipment. If you desire the ability to track your purchase, please select Priority International Mail as your shipping option.

Items are returnable for 30 days after the date of delivery. Item must be returned in condition shipped. New items with tags must be returned with tags and or in original box. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless there is defect, damage or error in item.
If you are returning a item because it is damaged or defective (not due to damage during shipment) or you did not receive the product ordered, please contact us. We will refund the full price of the item andyour return shipping charges.
To return an item, please follow these simple steps: Repack the item in its original packaging, with the packing slip. Notify us of return and reason for return. We will contact you with a return authorization and full instructions. Please return to the shipping address on your invoice. Please return your item with the USPS and retain your receipt. We suggest insuring your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time via USPS. Plus an additional4 business days upon receipt, for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account.
