This pretty princess style dress is handmade of sapphire blue velvet with glass bead and jewel trim. It has long, puffed sleeves and a full skirt. Looks like something a very elegant ice skater would wear. Hidden back zipper. Would best fit a size small or 4/6, see measurements above. Excellent condition, with a few loose threads on beaded trim.
