It is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to note any shipping damage with the carrier's driver at the time of receipt and open any carton immediately before accepting delivery. Seller will ship replacement timely at seller's expense. This defective merchandise will only be exchanged for an identical item. If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. Defective items after the buyer's initial 7 day receipt must be delivered to the Manufacturer's Authorized Service Center for inspection, repair or replacement - see manufacturer's website for list of Authorized Service Centers.
OTHER RETURNS: Buyer MUST email seller within 3 days of buyer's receipt and MUST receive Return Authorization #. We will ONLY accept items back with a Return Authorization # and that have not been opened, nor used, and have never been taken out of original packaging within 7 days from buyer receiving it and MUST be in like-new, resalable condition including all product manuals, accessories, etc. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back we will inspect it and you will be issued a refund minus any actual shipping charges paid by the seller, minus any fees incurred by the seller at actual cost, and minus a 10% restocking charge. Returns received without prior written communication with the buyer AND without a Return Authorization # issued by us will be automatically refused, and the item will be returned by the freight company back to the customer, totally at the customer's cost and expense.
