Charmingly detailed early 20th century vintage color lithographed bird\'s-eye view,encompasing Boston properdown to Cape Cod (top center), all seen in prospect balloon perspective.
Keyacross bottom identifies 25 different landmarks, including many specificlight houses, a hotel, islands, navy Yrad, etc. while the view itself showscountless individual buildings. Other features named on the map.
Poor condition in that there is a thin old cello tape stain running down bottom centerfold (seen in pic), a couple very small holes inoffensively backed with old paper, small archival tape repairs on reverse fold-line splits, some light old small spotting, etc.
Despite the codititon issues, map could still readily be framed for display and most people inspecting it would enjoy the details seen. Still affixed to the original thin cardboardfolder it was issued within.
Original fold line(s) as issued, some extraneous wrinkling, right edge rumpled slightly.
