ITEM DESCRIPTION

Up for sale is a Boyd “Satin Bluebell” Hen Chick on Nest Open Salt Cellar, Dip, Dish.

These cute little glass Chick-on-Nest open salts were made in a multitude of beautiful colors by Boyd Crystal Art Glass Company from 11-13-78 through 8-23-13. The interior bottom of each bowl (nest) is marked with their signature “B” in a diamond. Every five years of production a line was added to the trademark, culminating with a “B” and an “O” being added to the top corners for the last ten years the company was in business.

This one is their “Satin Bluebell” color that was produced on 3-2-10 and has a Boyd assigned “Chick” inventory number of “221”. The bowl is marked with their “7th Five Years” trademark of a “B” in a diamond, four lines and a “B” & “O” in the top corners. It measures 2” high by 2-1/2” in length and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or fleabites.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Due to the recent virus outbreak we will only be going to the post office once a week on Monday mornings. If you pay for your item by Sunday 11.59 PM EST your shipment will go out Monday morning. Payments received after Sunday 11:59 PM EST will cause your shipment to be delayed a week and go out the following Monday. Shipping is to UNITED STATES addresses only. I DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

Shipment is usually within 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment. Shipping will be by USPS First Class Mail (if 13 oz. or less) or Priority Mail (14 oz. or more). Both come with a tracking number.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 3 days of sale end. If for some reason you cannot meet the 3 day time frame, please contact me to arrange a new payment date. Good communications is always the key to a great transaction. If I do not receive payment, or do not hear from you, I do reserve the right to relist the item at the end of 3 days.
