$1250.00

Remember folks no 20-30% sale buyers premium here on this sale like the sale houses of today are getting, plus no state sales tax unless you live in the state of New York. That\'s an unbelievable savings as well. Also please check out my other lighting sales as well. Thank you.Bradley Hubbard Arts Crafts Victorian Reverse Painted Panel Lamp Antique VintageUp for sale and without reserve is this crazy cool signed Bradley and Hubbard reverse painted panel lamp. It\'s in excellent condition and without issue. I have bought, sold, and seen at least 1000 B and H\'s if not more, and I have never seen this one. Lets start with the base. Please look at the detail in it. Unreal. The cherubs, the cat like faces above them, and all the detail throughout. No breaks or damage at all to report. It\'s been recently rewired with proper period style cloth cord and new sockets because the old stuff was shot. This is a very heavy base and super well made. It measures 26.5 inches tall and again without breaks or damage. The finial however and for some reason has a bend to it but that\'s pretty small potatoes for a 100+ year old lamp. The shade basically perfect. No breaks in the glass or metalware to be found at all and no missing paint areas. As you can see it lights up very nicely. The shade to me is arts and crafts style and the base is Victorian style but I\'m not going to argue with the fine folks at Bradley and Hubbard for their lamps are near the top of the list as far as quality and presentation.

I\'m sorry to say but for years now I have looked the other way cost wise on shipping but I cant do it anymore. The shipping cost to the Midwest and far west is so much more than what I have to deal with here in the northeast. I have struggled with doing this as I didn’t want to lose my buyers/buyers west of me but it just adds up to too much money in the long run. Please understand I do this very reluctantly, as such, I am adding 20% to anything being shipped to zone two and 33% to anything being shipped to zone three. Example 75.00 regular shipping cost to zone one is just that 75.00. zone two would be 75.00 times 20% which equals 15.00 which is added to the 75.00 and becomes 90.00. zone three is 75.00 times 33% which is 25.00 which then becomes 100.00 for zone three. Bear in mind I am already very cheap in my packing and shipping costs and DO NOT CHARGE for labor, boxes, bubble, wrap, or peanuts and that we double box the shade and ship the base separately. Please notice the very positive response comments regarding our packaging. Sorry to do this and I hope you will stay on as fine and loyal customers.

If the winning buyer is from the Northeast I would like to try and get this picked up or delivered if possible:

We may be able to hand deliver this item ourselves. What that means is this. If you live in the following radius or just outside it, we should communicate about not using a major carrier, so it has a better chance of survival and minimizing damage or a damage claim as well.Horseheads nyto Detroit mi, Detroit mi toChicago il, Chicago il toIndianapolis IntoCincinnati oh, Cincinnati oh toPittsburgh pa, Pittsburgh toWashington dc, Washington dc tomanhattan ny, manhattan ny to boston ma,boston mato Albany ny,Albany nytobuffalo ny. If this option is something you would like to discuss, email me, and if there is a shipping amount posted on the listing, we would honor that dollar amount and not go over it so it doesn’t cost you any further money.
Recently I have been putting different lighting on with reserves and s. I have been having far better success with my sales, than my buy it now or best offer items. As such, I am going to run some of my better lamps without reserves and hope ( pray actually ) the trend continues and I don’t get clobbered.

TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS

buyers please remember that I am selling antiques and that there should be a degree of expectation on your part in knowing that there will be normal aging and minor imperfections towards an item that is 75 to 100 years old. Chances are if there aren\'t any, it\'s a newer item and you shouldn\'t want it anyways. In other words, a minor blemish on some metalwork belonging to a large shade or a 1/16 by 1/16 of a paint flake missing, please try and be reasonable. I really don\'t want to do a refund because the finial ( typically a 10.00 piece ) isn\'t perfect on a 2,000.00 lamp. I always describe the important aspects towards condition reports and sometimes my eye misses what I deem immaterial issues such as the aforementioned sentence. It seems the more experienced an antique dealer or buyer is, the more understanding of condition they are. That being said, if you think you\'re going to be a difficult buyer because you want perfection in a 100 year old piece, please purchase another seller\'s product. has made it very difficult for sellers in the past few years yet I\'m a good seller who wants to be fair and all I ask for is a fair buyer to do business with. Thanks for your understanding.
