Breyer Horse Proud Arabian Mare In-Between Mold Glossy Appaloosa 1959-1961

Rare - Only a handful of In-Between Mares known to exist

Offered is a Very Rare Breyer Horse, the elusiveProud Arabian Mare "In-Between" Mold, GlossyAppaloosa 1959-1961. There are only a few"In-Between"mares know to exist. The in-between mare was never released into production, making it highly collectible. It is a mystery as to why the "In-Between" mare was never released. Exact year of mold is unknown, but was made in-between the PAM and FAM production.

The "in-between" mare has the tail attached her right buttock and she has a prominent belly. This in-between mare is the Appaloosa with glossy grey blanket and black specks. This is the traditional size horse and measures approx. 11.5" L x 9.5" H x 2.5" W.

Condition: I am not an expert on Breyer horses, the following information is from my personal observation and opinion.There are nocracks, splits or breaks. I do not see any stains or discoloration on the mare's body.

The mare has tiny rubs on the tip of her ears and a very slight rub on the side of her right ear. She has a tiny rub on her right nostril and a tiny rub on the tip of her tail. There is a small rub on the bottom edge of her left rear hoof and a tiny rub on her left rear fetlock, looks like a white dot. The mare's left rear thigh does go in more than the right rear thigh, this is the way it came from Breyer. The mold seam line on her tail did not get filled in with black paint, looks like a white line on her tail, this is the way it came from Breyer. Please see all 24 photos. It is my personal opinion this rare "In-Between" mare is in excellent condition.
