Delightfully Charming Pot Bellied Graniteware & Porcelain Brown Enameled Teapot with Bentwood Handle & Knob, Brass Hinge Screws

Measures 4 1/2\" Tall (to inner rim) x 6 1/2\" Diameter

I am not sure who the maker of this delightful teapot was but it sure is a wonderful little teapot. Features a classic pot bellied teapot shape, kind of squat, with a wonderful chocolate brown, unmarred surface. Everything looks to be in great condition. I don\'t see any chips or flaking to the surface. But it has been used as it has some lime that could be cleaned out of the interior with vinegar. I actually left the lime deposit (which is not real heavy) in the pot so people can see that it does have age to it.

This is a very eyecatching piece that when I came across it, many people had passed it up (giant flea market) it had so much kitchen grime on it you could not tell if there was damage or not. I loved the shape so bought and when I got it home & cleaned it, I was amazed at how charming it turned out to be.

I am sure this is a pretty old teapot but I don\'t know that much about them specifically. I personally think it would be great as an addition to a collection or as a gift.
